Group Accommodation

Eaglehawk Holiday Park offers competitive rates on all of its group accommodation options.  Different types of groups often have a different level of expectation of service:

Charity and Fund Raising Groups

Often in town for planned fund raising activities, charity and fund-raising groups’ main focus is affordability first, services later.  Our dorm facilities have proven to be a very popular choice because it is a simple matter of having a bed to sleep in and otherwise being away working all hours raising money for various charities.

Our most affordable options for charities will come in well under the nearest competitors.  If affordable accommodation is the main priority, Eaglehawk Holiday Park will win every time.

Seniors and Guided Tour Groups

The Park recognises that seniors and tour groups like a little more than just a bed.  We have had the same groups coming back year after year simply because of the extra services offered to make the journey a little easier.

The Park’s extra options for our seniors and tour groups include a diverse menu, arranging and booking tours around the capital, through to little extras in preparing the facility for late check-ins such as ensuring heaters are on and food is ready for arrivals whatever the time may be.

Sporting Groups

Sporting groups share many similarities to both charity groups and probus groups.  Accommodation for sporting groups is about convenience, affordability AND service.  The Park offers all options for sporting groups so all they need to do is focus on their tasks at hand.

The kitchen is flexible and offers nutritionally balanced meals tailored to the groups’ needs.  The Park also arranges additional transport such as airport pick-ups and general transport for groups flying in.

The focus for our sporting groups is all about convenience.

Each enquiry is allocated to a single dedicated customer service manager who handles the group’s requirements from initial enquiry to departure.  This ensures that all requirements are met including dietary needs.

Eaglehawk Holiday Park is under new management and we are committed to your safety and comfort, delivering you a positive and memorable experience.  We encourage you to return again and again.
