If you plan to arrive before the standard check-in time of 2.00pm, please contact us in advance to discuss the possibility of an early check-in. While we cannot guarantee early access to your accommodation, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. If your accommodation is not ready upon arrival, we can store your luggage securely until your room is prepared.
Late Arrivals:
We highly recommend notifying us of your late arrival to ensure someone is available to assist you and provide any necessary instructions.
Please call reception during our open hours and our staff will make arrangements to ensure a smooth check-in process for you, even if it falls outside the reception office hours.

While we do not allow pets in general, we happily welcome service animals. During specific periods, such as Canberra Dog Shows, we may make exceptions for small pets belonging to dog show owners.

It is essential to remember that as the owner, you are responsible for your pet’s actions and any resulting damage or personal injury caused within the park premises.
