- Prices are based on the number of people shown in the icons above (additional person/s charges will apply)

- No refunds on early departures
- All linen supplied in Tourist Accommodation
- Children under the age of 5 stay free all year round
- A minimum of 3 nights booking on all accommodation and powered sites over long weekends excluding the Christmas, Easter and Peak Event period where a minimum of 4 nights booking applies.
Booking Conditions and Cancellations
Minimum Nights Stay
- Minimum nights stay may apply to certain periods.
- A minimum of 3 nights booking on all accommodation and powered sites over long weekends.
- A minimum of 4 nights booking over the Easter, Christmas Period and during peak Events are applicable on all accommodation and powered sites.
Cancellation Policy
- Full payment of the booking is required at the time of booking.
- Refunds may only be available for cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the booking arrival.
- A cancellation fee equivalent to the first night’s stay will apply to all cancelled bookings.
- There are strictly no refunds for bookings make on long weekends or in peak season.
- Park Management reserves the right to relocate or cancel any booking at its discretion.
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (inc GST) and maybe subject to change without notice at the discretion of Eaglehawk Park.

Pet Policy
Lap dogs are allowed with own caravan, campervan or bus and selected park accommodation (outside room) at the discretion of management. No pets allowed on premium powered ensuite sites. Management has the right to disapprove any pets at their discretion. Conditions apply.

Cash or VISA accepted on arrival. NO cheques, Diners Cards or American Express Cards accepted.
